Sorry, but you can use it if you think about your tactics!

Setup a server using a ruleset without diplomats if you
do not want to think about tactics...

And how do you want to solve the problem, if more than
one person want to access the same field? Who is the
attacker, who defends? I think the current arcade style
is strange but but (if the latency periods are not too
large...)
