They're still not a notable civ. Like I said, celebrity civs only. A civ that
basically anyone knows their major achievements. Can you tell me any notable
achievement of Lithuania? And by the way, I'm just using Lithuania as an example.

That would be a matter of opinion. Put the "minor" tribes in their own separate dialog and let people "vote with their feet". You (or even me) could be surprised.


I don't really care what nation you play. I'd just like a Civ 3 style situation where players pick a civ based on real life advantages - For example Egypt, you
get half price on buidling the pyramids and get war chariots. 16 distinct civs
are far better than 400 identical ones.

That's just one flavor of Civ the Game. There's other flavors.


If you want to check for yourself. Interestingly, I picked up this titbit
when discussing the building of the pyramids. I always claimed the egyptians
would have had a much easier time of it than modern people believe. My view was
that African elephants would be able to move those huge stone blocks. Little
