Unless I've missed them, there are several other non-conformities with Civ2
that I think would be nice to fix fairly soon:

  - Civ2 style rivers (not their own terain type).
  - Civ2 style trade (supply/demand based).
  - Civ2 style specials (two possible for almost each terrain type).
  - Civ2 style farmland (2nd irrigation allows Supermarket effect).

Is there a place for these (and any others' I've missed) in the Roadmap?
