Certainly... I'm running something like 12 different hosts on one IP.

I still haven't seen proof that Bell is (or is going to be) offering DSL
with static IP and permission to run public servers.  They even stated
that they're not going to offer SDSL, which is really the preferable mode
for connecting a server.  (Though ADSL at least matchs ISDN for outbound
bandwidth.) And really, I can't see them doing it... bandwidth costs money
and I can't see them underselling it buy a huge amount.  ISDN is high-cost
because it's high-bandwidth.  I expect DSL to be the same.  I'd be very
please to be proven wrong, though.

How are you connected?  The cheapest I can get is $180 a month dedicated
modem.
