Well I'm not good with RPM, but I think that this is a source rather
than a binary RPM.  You'll want the bin.  Not sure where exactly they
keep those.  Maybe rpmfind.net or so can help you.  Once you've got
it, you can run, as root:

rpm --install filename.rpm
