Perhaps; but then we should make a new ticket to deal with that.

At the moment, coinage automatically repeats, no matter what you do.
Anything after coinage in the worklist is effectively ignored.  I put
forth the idea that what it *should* do is be 1 turn of coinage, then go
on to the next thing in the worklist.  If there's nothing else, then
(just as with units), it should repeat.
