I agree.  I suppose first we ought to decide if the existing code is
salvageable.  I'd hope so.  Parts of it are, I'm sure, anyway.

I don't even know what UML is; can someone enlighten me?

Right, I know.  pserver has known insecurities, but I've bitten the bullet
and just set it up anyway.  So pserver is going, my fingers are crossed, and
a tape is backing up the system :-)

What is not working out here?

Everyone's been busy, myself included.  I had hoped to have some sort of CVS
solution going a few weeks ago already.  Well, it's here now.  I'll be
updating the webpages with the instructions that I just sent to the list, so
that will be taken care of.

I think Esben's design (it is someplace in the list archives at
http://www.complete.org/mailinglists/archives) is a good one, but certainly
if there's something better, by all means use it.  My problem is that I
didn't have the time to figure out how to re-implement everything with that
design.

Hmm, I think this means we need more people :-)
