For dozens of units every turn? It would slow down the game with
micromanagement. And please don't suggest making it an option - if someone
would want to use it, it would be because it granted an advantage, and we
should not encourage things that make the game slower with micromanagement
and punish those who want to play the default way. Moving around lots of
units is already a big chore.
