And another update:

New bits:

- A scrollbar slider has been added.

- Buttons have been changed to a dithered olive colour to make them
fit in better with the rest of the design.  They're still text
buttons though, no images yet.

- Black areas (in the lists, behind the citymap) have been given a bit
of blue to make them less lifeless.
