No. If I want a unit to sit in the city and defend it, I'll choose fortify
because I want to forget about that unit unless it is attacked. I don't
even want it to be sentried, because it will wake for example on every
pass of foreign ship in territorial seas. I hope this is understandable,
because it's very late here :-)
