I was thinking of adding a new nation that is basically of the 20th
century, the Supermodel Nation. Cities include Milano, Paris,
London, etc. More interesting though is that it replaces the
following city improvements:

Temple -> Beauty Pageant
Cathedral -> Catwalk
Marketplace -> Beauty Shop
Stock Exchange -> Jewelry Shop

The Spy unit is also replaced by The Model unit which works mostly
like the Spy but only reports on fashion shops, glitterati and new
drugs. She is however excellent on subverting cities and instilling
rebellions (remember War in Good Omens?)

The Super Model Nation is also the only one which can build The
Great Shopping Wonder (aka Charge!) which will make all the women
really happy and disallowing men to be unhappy (or no sex). (Thanks
to Ferrari)

To balance the immense power of this regime, granaries are not
allowed in this nation because eating is considered bad style and
giving birth ruins the shape of the body :-)

Deciding how old a nation is, is difficult in some cases, e.g how
old is Yugoslavia, Finland or Macedonia?
