Attached is a modified version of Massimo's patch,
which uses a tri-state toggle.  I also removed the
NEW_WORKER option which Massimo pointed out was not
needed, and changed the new option order so that this 
is still compatible with the previous "autoattack1"
and previous savefiles.

(Actually, I still not entirely sure how this should
be in terms of a consistent interface; should I have 
made it look like a command button instead of a toggle?.  
Or perhaps it should really be a drop-down list like 
the science advisor choices for goal etc?  Anyway, this 
is one way of doing it which isn't too bad...)
