True.  But:

1.  Your radar station was almost as expensive as airport.  What's more 
expensive, building them both or just building one of them?

2.  Coastal defense should increase sight range too, of course.

3.  In my reworked-walls patch, the 4 defensive buildings each provided 
+100% defense-versus-all.  They should also all provide +5 (or maybe 
+5/+10/+15/+20) vision.
