By the way, rapture growth stops at size 41. The reason is simple: There can 
be only 20 workers in a city that can be celebrating, the specialist don't. 
So when the number of specialists exceed the number of workers, the city 
stops celebrating and rapture growth stops. It stops at 37 in hex tiles.

The cities can continue to grow but conventionaly.
