(I changed the status to "open".  Usually this gets done automatically 
when the ticket gets new replies, I thought...)

There is a major bug in your most recent patch.  A unit next to an enemy 
unit cannot "goto" anywhere.  Try placing a unit next inside an enemy 
ZOC and hit "g"oto.
