I don't understand what's bad about server options (see:
http://rt.freeciv.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=7051)

But in general, I like the idea.  Also, as I said a couple days ago (see:
http://rt.freeciv.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=941), what's up with the 4
trade route limit?  Shouldn't larger cities support more trade?  Shouldn't
Marketplaces (etc) allow a city to support more trade routes?
