All points taken; however, as we speak of documentation for the end user,
we really should take their perspective. There is no link between the word
'Burgemeester' in dutch and the file with the name 'README.cma.nl'. So it
all comes down to this: is the documentation for (website)
developers/maintainers or for the end user?
