The corresponding README.cma is in the root dir. "README.cma.nl" is only
preferable from the englisch point of view: as 'CMA' is not used in the
dutch translation, there is no direct link between the document and the
filename. OTOH there *is* a link between the term 'burgemeester' in the
civclient and "README.burgemeester".

It's not my choice however, so do as you like.
