The map is already well-covered with "stuff", and I'd prefer not to see
it crowded further.  Right-click is fine.

Just like now, yes.

It is; you can't have both a Farm and a Mine on the same tile at the
same time.  (Alpha Centauri has different rules, though -- Freeciv is
following Civ2 which is a simpler game.)
