I don't like the name (actually "massive_killing" in the patch, not
"massive_kill").  Eg:

- Its long (show prefers <= 13);
- Currently none of the server options have underscores;
- Its too indiscriminant ;-)

I would suggest "killstack", or maybe "killsquare" or "killtile",
(compare existing option "killcitizen"; a "stack" being a group 
of units on the same square).

(Or should this be a ruleset option instead?  Hard to say.)
