I suggest some cleanup in <nation>.ruleset :

name            } leave
plural          } leave
leader          } leave
leader_sex      } leave
flag            } leave 
flag_alt        } leave
city_style      } leave
ruler_titles    } leave
attack          } delete
expand          } delete
civilized       } delete
advisors        } delete
tech_goals      } delete
wonder          } delete
government      } delete
cities          } leave

that way, 100% of meaningful data and no crap will fit on custom nation screen.
if ai params are really needed they can be choosen randomly at gamestart.

`credits' still appear in *.po
msgmerge should be run again before 1.11
