This looks reasonable to me (although I'm not sure about Plastic).

Ok, good.

This is not right (at least it's not how it works in Civ2). Indusrialization
and Mass Production are the advances with the most obvious effect on
pollution.
Next time I play I'll try to figure out Civ2's algorithm. Note that in Civ2
the level you're playing on makes a difference.
