Hello,

    To add new city names, look in common/city.c . 
In common/player.h ,you will find a struct player_race which was designed
to have different behaviour of AI. It isn't actually used.
Concerning nationalities, in Civ I, the first knowledges which were given
depended on the nationality. As for the behaviour of a notion, all players
are different and play in their own way,
