I thought I remember someone saying they had purchased a Mustek 1200UB on
this list a while back (you maybe?). I noticed because I have this
model; I purchased it for being cheap and "Linux compatible", but was
initially unable to get it to work. After the holidays, I had some time,
and finally got it running under Linux. If you or anyone else is still
trying to get a 1200UB running, I'd be happy to write down any details I
can remember about the setup.
