I understand that.  The point is, right now the ISP *IS* the telco.  And
that's not going to change for at least a little while.

And right now, the telco/ISP doesn't offer the same services here that they
may offer in Dallas or elsewhere.

Floppy disk tip #3: Do not fold diskettes unless they do not fit into the
