Last I heard, SouthWind's delay was largely due to SWB's foot dragging.  It
took SWB apparantly a month and a half + to install the ATM stuff we needed
to be able to even begin testing ADSL.  Other than that, I don't know what
else SW is up to Re: ADSL, and that info is now a couple weeks old already.
