I'm not sure, but I think Grip uses the LAME MP3 encoder by default.
LAME doesn't seem to be included in Red Hat or the Red Hat PowerTools
CD. About a week ago I built an RPM package of LAME from the latest
version (3.89). Well, I didn't do it all myself; I took the RPM
spec file included with LAME and cleaned it up. Anyway, you can
find the package at:
http://www.pobox.com/~mattcampbell/lame-3.89-1.i386.rpm
Install that, and then I think Grip will work.
