i can imagine Hill in tundra near a cold forest (over tundra) or even to
terraform forest over a hill.
i can imagine irrigate a desert to be allowed to put forest over it.
if you think to use roules-set i not need convince you. the roules-set
need to allow any body to make any resonable think hi can imagine.
