Why are there 4 values for the loss percent, when there are only 2
veteran levels?
The loss % should be listed under the trireme unit, not under the
veteran section. This doesn't generalize well to changing units or
terrains.
Does anyone know what these values should be for civ1? (I'm assuming
the values are the same for civ2 as they are for default.)
