Hey, here I come busting in on the authintication issue again.

I have an idea, but I think it might belong as a whole seperate patch.

I would be very very very cool if after authenticating the user they
were given a cmdlevel based on their entry in the password file/db.

If the function would just take back an enum from cmdlevel_id
(common/connection.h).  Then you could have something like:
paulz:password:HACK
niceguy:passw0rd:CTRL
jerk:p@ssw0rd:INFO

I could use this to log in to a server to:
/wall you may lose connectivity due to a firewall issue

We could also appoint certain people to run tournament games etc.

Anyway, just something I wanted recorded somewhere.
