A map with width 20, client window width of 25.  You have a city at x=10.  The
enemy has units at x=0.  They will show up again at x=20, on both sides of
your city.  Except some will move around and disappear when you attack them,
and others will not update.  Except when you move the map, then they will
magically update.  I think this should be called a "bug".
