As I said it should be discussed. I see three possibilities:
 - use GDL
   + engine code exists
   + programs exists
 - use an extern lisp (like) engine
   + lower maintenance
   +- programs need small changes
 - use extern XML engine
   + lower maintenance
   + buzzword compliance
   + possible to use extern tools
