        I love the idea.  Desert planets, researchspeed and other
parameters set to match other difficulty levels of Civ2, etc.  (Our
current Happiness, Researchspeed, etc values approximate Prince level --
anyone familiar with Diety is going to find their strategies somewhat more
effective).

        Playing on a small (40x25) world with 7 opponents will limit ICS.
