I see the hard AI sending HUGE armies into the field... exploring terrain!
This is silly.

1 - It sends way too many units exploring.

2 - It should not go exploring when there is an enemy just around the
corner stimulating the war machine to continuous unit production (units
that are then sent exploring...)

3 - The hard AI is omniscient and shouldn't explore terrain, unless that
terrain is around one of its cities or has a hut!

What is good, is that it now goes for huts before attacking - this makes
it potentially lethal in early, non-gen 2 games, putting its omniscience
to nasty use; but it cannot make use of this since it then sends it
newfound army exploring useless terrain.

The AI is essensially broken now.
