Actually testing the 120 games with the new fallback ...
setting seed and randseed is enough?

Third game with old fallback +1915 and running ...

Didn't look if it was triggered, but as i wanted to try it out i saw
that AI was building only settlers and barracks and wanted that it is
able to get flight in time first.
