I've had real good luck buying things off of onsale.com.  Once you learn
what you are doing, there can be some real bargains.  I suggest watching it
for a few days before entering an auction.  A lot of times the same item
will keep coming up for auction. Sometimes the same item at a higher/lower
initial bid and with different bid increments.  You will soon learn what
items are regular features and not to bid too high on...
