The old rule of thumb was never use a redhat .0 release wait for the .2
. I guess its still true

Yeah, I don't know what RedHat was thinking.  6.2 was a rock and then
7.0 had all those problems.  Now three revisions and 8.0.

This is beginning to remind me of another corporation that releases O/S
software to the public before it's ready....
