Along with the other ways suggested, you could boot with a dos floppy that has
the CD drivers and run the boot.bat file that's in the /install directory.(IIRC)
Essentially it runs loadlin and sets the root to a ram disk. Or you could build
regular boot floppies from either a Linux box or a Dos box.  Using
boot.bat/loadlin.exe will get around some weird bios problems I've seen in some
GW2000 machines. (Like those 486SX machines that Jon sold us...)
