Ah, I didn't make myself quite clear. It's a question of splitting
sentences in general, not a particular question of me trying to
translate that string differently now. The original bit was that " with
" needs a translator comment and it's generally a bad idea to split
sentences. I just got carried away by the theory of how to not split
sentences using it as an example, sorry about that.

In this particular case, "with" is a word that is just more sensible to
translate as something completely different in many cases, and make less
sentence-fragment-like translations. Like by translating it to mean ",
buildings:" as you mentioned.
