In terms of distance it's okay: a bomber must refuel several times in
circum-navigating the globe.

In terms of time nothing is right. A bomber could circumnavigate the
globe in a day or two. If turns were a month long a bomber could get
dozens of attacks in. But turns aren't a month long; they are a year (or
more).

Mechanized units move more than 3x as fast as infantry. Infantry moves
much slower over mountains than plains. Bombers move hundreds of times
faster than infantry. So units aren't even consistent relative to each
other.

It would be possible to create a ruleset where there was consistency. But
I don't know if it would be any fun.
