Load attached joe+1580m.sav.gz, login as chris, set borders 7, start
This happens with 0613 and 0616 versions.

When I load a 0613 version game (attached as joe+1585m.sav.gz) into a 0616
version server, I get

Lade Spiel: joe+1585m.sav.gz...
2: Lade rulesets
0: sectionfile joe+1585m.sav.gz doesn't contain a 'player0.map_o000' entry
