Yes.  (I used freeciv-cvs-Feb-06.tar.bz2 and reverse-applied diffs
Feb-05-Feb-06 down to Jan-27-Jan28.)  Again, the error occurs in
dialogs.c:2064: if (!GTK_IS_OBJECT(races_toggles[i])) break;

I was not able to reproduce the error, even when loading the save game
from 3950 BC and following the same moves (although my explorer survived
an attack the 2nd time through, extending the game).
