Try to write rules that help that players use an other strategy then
ICS. (But its harder to get that ideas in ...)

Playing another way than it is optimal because the rules is stupid. So you
are welcome to say which rules we should change that ICS isn't the
winning strategy.

I don't know why its not in the normal game. But its very important to
say the AI-coders where AI should place it cities.

Open options or configure in the F1 window. Then you can add it.

In my personal ruleset i have workers and i usually build caravans. Ok,
when all cities have all buildings + 4 trade routes and the hole world is
irrigated +++ i also have to use coinage.

And i'm peaceful ... most times the other start to attack me. *g*

Nur weil das Aufzeichnen, Kopieren und Schnüffeln bei elektronischem
