Beginning of the next round? So a the rand() would succeed every time .. 

Moving with a horsemen:

rrpmrrrrr
123456789

r - road
p - plains
m - mountain

Starting a 1:
End of the first round the horsemen would be on 3 at the begin of the next 
round on 4 (Mountain) with 2 movepoints (or 2 1/3 - 3 ?) and could move to 8.

With throwing away the movepoints the horsemen would be on 4 (Mountain)
Think thats a better solution. I don't like doubleturns and that would be a 
serverdoubleturn.
