I agree. No scrollbars -> more space on the screen for the map
& dialogs. And because we are at this ... each report (players,
cities, science, etc.) has a 3 row header telling me ...

o the name of the report (which is also in the menuebar)
o my name (very important info)
o my title and my government type
o the current year

Thats 3 rows for each report telling me unnessary and redundant
informations and occupying my screen. If I submit a patch to leave
them out, would it be put into CVS ?
