Not all.  Atheism is the obvious exception -- but there's also the Church
of Satan (www.churchofsatan.com), for example.  In between atheism and
the traditional deistic beliefs, there are several flavors of agnosticism:
for example, the Natural Law religion claims that there is a probability
of god existing which is greater than 0% and less than 100%, and that
you can choose to believe in any probability within that range.
