Except for the fact that 2 of the top officials of the Salt Lake City Olympic 
committee are on trial for bribery.....  :)

I would adjust it as follows:

Key figure:  Joseph Smith or Brigham Young

-1 unhappysize (alcohol, tobbaco, caffeine prohibited)
- 50% crime (high family values)
+ 50% population growth (lots of children)

Also, it would be more realistic if you could add a "missionary" citizen that 
would be counted for population, but would produce or consume any resources 
(at any one time, 20% of the population will be away on a mission).
