There are truely a lot of truely gruesome dictators out there, both in the
present, past and probably in the future as well.  I don't think Hitler is
that much worse than the others, he just managed to get more done.  I
guess he was at the wrong time and had too big marketing skills.  I'm
quite sure there are lots of dictators and wanna-be dictators that would
love to start a new world war and try to extinct some ethnical and/or
social groups if they had the chance.  Luckily, they usually never get
that far.
