I've never played colonization, but am not sure that hijacking
units would be very good idea.. What do you mean with guerilla bonuses?

It was something like "supply" unit, which were "sitting" on a tile and
transporting food/minerals/trade to its home city. But I suppose that
caravan would be good for that purpose as well.

Well, maybe with high tech, but it might reduce importance of
libraries etc. Hmm... Or not....

In which country there are tax/science rates (so that when tax rate
increases, science rate decreases and vice versa.
