I got a chance to look more closely at it this time...

Adding the comments about this variant to the buildings.ruleset files was
necessary, but you neglected to change the actual help text for the civ1
ruleset.  Also, there's some auto-help about this wonder that needs to be
changed (probably just print nothing for variant 1).  There is a reference
to Michelangelo in helpdata.txt.  Finally, there are a few references in
the ai directory which probably need tweaking for your variant.
